Jefferson Township Pair Charged with Possession and Intent to Distribute Your Case Becomes My Mission & Every Mission Is Possible

A pair of f 20-year-olds were arrested on various drug charges, including possession with intent to distribute within a school zone. Police say they found the pair in a suspicious-looking vehicle, and one attempted to run away from officers.

Last Monday, Jefferson Township Police Cpl. Bill Kropp said he was investigating a suspicious-looking vehicle on Cindy Lane, when he saw a man run from the car and into a house.

A woman stayed in the vehicle, where Kropp said the pair had a quantity of marijuna that they were smoking and weighing.

Piccirillo and Dylan Hannah, 20, of Jefferson, were arrested, he said.

Hannah was charged with obstruction, possession of suspected marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of suspected marijuana with intent to distribute within a school zone, possession of less than 50 grams of suspected marijuana and possession of a digital scale used to distribute, according to police.

This defendant was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility, with bail set at $15,000 and no 10 percent option.

The second defendant was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of suspected marijuana, possession of a digital scale used to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, possession of suspected marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of suspected marijuana with intent to distrubute within a drug-free school zone.

They were released pending a municipal court appearance.
