Mr. Porreca represented a man in Newark Municipal Court charged with 3rd Degree Tampering with Public Records under N.J.S.A. 2C:28-7(1)and 4th Degree Possession of a Prohibited Weapon under N.J.S.A. 2C:39-3(a). Additionally, this defendant was charged with Unclear Plates under N.J.S.A. 39:33-3, Fictitious Plates under N.J.S.A. 39:3-33(a).
